Jamf Pro 11.1 API Changes

Customers using Jamf Pro 11.1 or higher may experience intermittent issues with API connections from MAM to Jamf Pro. Changes in Jamf Pro 11.1 release affect the API authentication lifetime and will cause API commands for functions like ‘Clear Passcode’ to intermittently fail.

Beginning with 6.3, released on March 6, 2024, MAM compensated for this change acquiring API authentication tokens more frequently.

Customers who are immediately affected by this change are recommended to open a Support case with Jamf to raise the ‘bearer token lifetime to 30 mins or greater’. Customers are also encouraged to open Imprivata Support cases if additional assistance is needed.
